Senior masscom students at Misr International University (MIU) launched the first campaign in Egypt ” \u062c\u064a\u0646\u0627\u062a\u0643 \u062d\u0645\u0627\u064a\u0629 \u0644\u062d\u064a\u0627\u062a\u0643” to raise awareness about genetic testing and how it’s important for the early prediction of any upcoming diseases.<\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign\u2019s aim is to raise awareness about the importance of genetic testing, its types and why its done and to highlight the benefits of gene profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

For their graduation project Hayam Awny , Merna Saad, Khadija Selim , Nada Ayman , Rawan Fouad, Youmna khaled , Seif El Asmar and Malak Sherif launched “\u062c\u064a\u0646\u0627\u062a\u0643 \u062d\u0645\u0627\u064a\u0629 \u0644\u062d\u064a\u0627\u062a\u0643” to educate adults of the importance of genetic testing and the early diagnosis of diseases such as Cardiovascular diseases , Diabetes, Breast cancer, SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy).<\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign was launched on three social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram and tiktok , using filters and games to make sure of the engagement of its audience and to reache all targeted segments.<\/span><\/p>\n
